What You'll Be Doing

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the growth of our organization and assist talented individuals to find careers that match their potential. You should have a full grasp of recruiting practices, with previous experience in interviewing and screening processes.

You will also develop and release job postings on all platforms, such as the company’s website, social media, and job boards. In addition, you will continuously interface with the team to design and implement recruiting strategies.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full recruiting lifecycle across various open jobs assisting the management with finding, hiring, and holding quality talent.
  • Develop high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new job opportunities open up.
  • Stay active with social networks, job boards, and other platforms to create and release job announcements.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position should have experience in End to End recruitment - Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Salary Negotiation, and Offer. Furthermore, you should have familiarity with job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, and databases.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the internal management team to understand their hiring needs and job specifications. In addition, you will also be utilizing social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships, so having a firm understanding of using social media platforms for recruiting purposes is required.

Minimum Qualifications You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience in using different ATS for prospect candidate management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
