What You'll Be Doing

As an operations management intern, you’ll work alongside operations staff in completing independent projects and providing support. The learning scope of this internship extends into leadership, organizational management, ethical business practices, and agile project management. Which you’ll receive through a full scholarship into our operations management training and development course.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry research and analysis
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and learning seminars
  • Enter and organize expenses in budget spreadsheets
  • Complete learning curriculum and assignments

In addition to these responsibilities, you’ll learn and support the logistics of program development and delivery. In order to successfully carry out the above-mentioned tasks, research, and learning, a commitment of 10 - 15 hours a week for 8 weeks is desired.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal operations management intern will be a team player with a desire for building strong organizational and leadership skills. Someone who’s passionate about constant learning while applying gained knowledge to action. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, 100% remote work environment, and have a firm understanding of business applications (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.). Knowledge of financial forecasting and assessment, risk management, product planning and development, is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications You Should Have

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in operations management, business administration, or other related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with general business software and ability to learn new applications as well.

This internship provides the successful candidate with a full scholarship into a 5-week operations management program. A $500 Hotel and Dining voucher and a $1,500 vacation voucher will be provided at the end of the 8-week internship. This internship is also eligible for college credit.
