What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Executive, you'll be a key driver in the success of a rapidly growing technology organization. You'll contribute to our mission of balanced and productive workplaces, by seeking out and initiating partnerships, building relationships and identifying opportunities for implementation of our programs and platforms.

You'll develop workshops and facilitate conversations to better understand the needs of our target customers. Serving as the primary contact for assigned accounts, you'll work with analysts to regularly review customer engagement data, identify opportunities for additional customer education, and lead conversations to provide an understanding of the business outcomes our programs and platforms provide.

Who we're Looking For

The ideal team member for an account executive is a detailed planner, expert communicator and passionate about learning. Brings experience building and strengthening professional relationships and proven experience with public speaking and delivering engaging presentations. Active listening and emotional intelligence will be key to success in this role.

The ideal account executive will have experience with lead management tools and proper CRM documentation. Along with strong working knowledge of relevant social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.


Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and initiate partnerships
  • Build relationships and identify opportunities
  • Draft and deliver workshops and proposals
  • Lead discovery conversations and present appropriate case studies


Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience working in sales or as as account executive
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) applications
